Workshop: Career paths in Science

Dr. Juliane Lorenz, Deutscher Hochschulverband
Prof. Dr. Eva Eibl, Universität Potsdam

5. Mai 2022, 9:45 – 13:00 CET

There is not a single predefined path to “professorship” but numerous ways exist to reach this career goal. Therefore, researchers aiming at this particular goal should inform themselves early on about the individual qualification path that suits them best and develop a career strategy that takes into account both the duration of the qualification path and its effectiveness proves to be very helpful in “becoming a professor”. The workshop will give a comprehensive overview of various career paths in research and insights into an academic career at the University of Potsdam. Any questions are most welcome!

The event will take place online and in German.
